Cancellation Policy

At EMBROSIN Marketing Private Limited, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to follow. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

1. When Can You Cancel an Order?
1.1 Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Orders can typically be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, as processing begins promptly after order confirmation.

Once an order has been packed and handed over to our logistics partner for dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.

1.2 Cancellation After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it directly. However, you may:

  • Refuse delivery when the shipment arrives at your doorstep.
  • Accept the delivery and then raise a return request within the 7-day return window as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Please note that refused or undelivered shipments will follow the return process, and refunds will be processed accordingly.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@embrosinmarketing.com with the subject line:"Order Cancellation Request – [Your Order ID]"
  2. Include the following details: Order ID, Registered Email Address or Phone Number, and Reason for Cancellation.
  3. Our customer support team will review your request and confirm the cancellation status within 1–2 business days.

We do not currently offer self-service order cancellation on the Platform. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
3.1 Prepaid Orders (Online Payment)

The full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet). Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The credit may reflect in your account within an additional 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders cancelled before delivery, no payment will have been collected, and therefore no refund is applicable. If a COD order is cancelled after partial payment or upon return, the applicable amount will be refunded via bank transfer. Please share your bank account details with our support team.

3.3 Refund Timeline Summary
  • Cancellation Confirmed: Refund initiated within 7–10 Business Days
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3–5 business days (varies by bank/provider)
4. Cancellation by EMBROSIN

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable at the time of fulfilment.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or policy violation.
  • Incorrect pricing displayed due to a technical error.
  • Delivery address is outside our serviceable zones.

In all such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
