Return & Refund Policy

At EMBROSIN Marketing Private Limited, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, you must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us at info@embrosinmarketing.com.
Return requests raised after the 7-day window will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered, where such claims must be supported with photographic evidence submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Eligible Products
All products sold on www.embrosinmarketing.com are eligible for return, subject to the conditions outlined in Section 3 below.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
- The item must not have been altered, damaged, or washed.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@embrosinmarketing.com with the subject line: "Return Request β [Your Order ID]", along with your reason for return and supporting photographs (if applicable).
- Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorisation (RA) confirmation.
- Once your return is authorised, pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it over to our logistics partner as instructed.
5. Return Shipping
Our logistics team will arrange a reverse pickup from your registered delivery address. The return pickup will be initiated within 2β3 business days of your return request being approved. In most serviceable areas, we offer free reverse pickup.
The item is expected to reach our warehouse within 7β10 business days from the date of pickup, depending on your location. Please retain the return tracking details shared by us.
6. Refund Method & Timeline
Upon receipt and successful quality inspection of the returned item, your refund will be processed through one of the following methods:
- Bank Account Transfer: The refund will be credited directly to the bank account linked to your original payment method.
- EMBROSIN Wallet Credit: Alternatively, you may opt to receive the refund as credit in your EMBROSIN account wallet, which can be used against future purchases.
Refunds will be initiated within 7β10 business days of the returned product passing our quality inspection. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may reflect in your account within an additional 3β5 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please ensure your bank account details are shared correctly with our support team.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Items returned without original packaging or tags.
- Items purchased during special sale events, unless defective.
- Items explicitly marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable' at the time of purchase.
