1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India, covering both Urban and Semi-Urban locations. We are continuously expanding our delivery network to serve more pin codes across the country.

To check whether we deliver to your pin code, you may enter your pin code on the product page at the time of checkout. If your location is not currently serviceable, we recommend checking back soon as we regularly update our delivery network.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or delivery location. There are no hidden delivery charges β€” the price you see is the price you pay.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of successful order placement and payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on the logistics partner's website or app to track the real-time status of your delivery.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@embrosinmarketing.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the matter promptly and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
