In the event of any dispute between you and EMBROSIN Marketing, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team at info@embrosinmarketing.com with a detailed description of the issue. We will endeavour to resolve the matter amicably within a reasonable timeframe.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through mutual discussion within 30 days, the parties may opt for arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi. The language of proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court of law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
